On the 9th September 2007, somewhere in Middle England, Kringlebeast & Stoney were out driving. Enjoying the freedom afforded to us by the open road and having a car to enjoy.
Suddenly there was an arm stuck out of a window with a camera placed at the end of it. The art of eMotionography was born.
This would become, unknown to us at the time, a series that would span at least ten years in total. From these early young saplings…

This was shot by Kringlebeast using the original technique he developed and the footage used for this video was taken from around the original 2007 video release. The car was the original car too I believe.
The location is on the way to, or near to Coventry, UK and features a long, straight, Roman road, at night with only the sparse street lamps lighting the way.

A 4th (and 5th) car joins the series at this point. The black one is a Toyota Celica GT182 and the Blue is a Mazda RX-8 no less. This is a shorter journey undertaken by The Beast & Stoney from Southend on Sea to Snetterton Circuit (former home of Scary Tree).

Back in the Toyota Celica for this one, shot from a GoPro attached over my right sholder. This is a journey of discovery shared between The Beast & Stoney. Leaving Southend on Sea Marina and traveling to a huge lake somewhere else. It’s not about the destination in these eMotionography films.

The next journey of discovery road trip for The Beast & Stoney would come during 2013. Another different car this time around, a hired BMW1 Series.
A drive from North to South around the Western Coast of Wales and down to Lands End. Featuring all of the expensive car-park’s along the way. From then inland via Exeter to Hotel rooms and finally back home.
